Python / Django Developer – Tech Hub | Hybrid BCN | 40–45K
At Q-tech, we collaborate with a company with over 20 years in the market, a leader in financial and accounting services (accounting, auditing, tax advisory), which is boosting its Technology Hub in Barcelona.
This is not a traditional IT department. We are talking about a technology Hub with a product vision, where digital platforms that manage complex, high-impact transactions are being designed and automated: electronic signatures, vehicle registration, notarized deed filings, tax payments… Critical systems that handle real volume, where robustness and security are not optional.
The company provides services to administrative managers, professional associations, regional councils, and public administrations. The technical challenge is to modernize and scale this ecosystem with solid architecture and good engineering practices.
You will work within one of its 3 squads, in a consolidated team, focusing on quality, scalability, and technological evolution.
Hybrid model: Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office (Arc de Triomf area).
? We are looking for someone who can contribute:
+4 years developing web projects with Python.
Strong experience in Django.
Design and implementation of REST APIs.
Regular work with GIT.
Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases.
➕ Highly valued:
Django Rest Framework.
Experience with a Frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
Asynchronous processing.
Knowledge of web security and cryptography.
Experience with Docker, Nginx.
AGILE methodologies (Scrum).

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid model (Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office).
Flexible working hours.
